A complete introduction and practice of multiple meditation techniques with discussion about the purpose and benefit of meditation. The workshop will answer common questions and concerns about meditation and discuss what you can expect with continued practice.
The workshop will include a student workbook with introductory material, meditation worksheets, helpful handouts, and additional resources.
