Have you been missing out on your own life?
If you are like most of us, you probably go through your day mindlessly jumping from one task to the next. Do you often get to the end of a long day and wonder where the day went? Even when we are off work and relaxing, or going on some adventure, we miss so much of what’s happening lost in thoughts about the past or the future.
What percentage of time do you spend trapped in unceasing thoughts that have little or no value to your life?
What about your relationships, are you ignoring what is being said lost in thought?
