We all experience pain from time to time, but for some, this pain can be chronic, permeating life itself. There is no shortage of pain remedies, some natural, some involving the use of opiates, etc. In this series “Pain management” we offer an alternative to traditional techniques and hope to provide you with tools to effectively manage your pain naturally.
First up in the series is an introduction which among other things, takes us through some basic pain management meditations. Ultimately, this course is intended to help change your relationship to pain and thus free you up to enjoy life more fully.
