1lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 c scallions
1/2 c tomato sauce
1/2 c parmesan
1 c italian cheese
1/4 c parsley
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease loaf pan with cooking spray, set aside.
In a large bowl combine ground turkey, beef, eggs, thyme, oregan, basil, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
Place the mixture into greased loaf pan and form loaf.
Top the meatloaf with pasta sauce.
Place filled meatloaf pan on baking sheet and bake 45min – 1 hour.
Remove meatloaf from oven and sprinkle top with remaing shredded cheese.
Place meatloaf back in the oven til cheese is melted.
