Join us on alternating Tuesday evenings for guided meditations
The meetup will start with a grounding silent meditation followed by an introduction to the Guided meditation of the evening, the guided meditation, and ending with discussion around the experience or whatever topic interests the group.
Guided visualization meditation is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety while meditating in a group setting to a guided experience of being at the beach, taking a walk in a forest, and other relaxing and stress reducing activities.
