I have had my challenges along the way just as you have. We are all faced with undesirable outcomes in many areas of our lives. When we pick ourselves up and find a better way based on our true values we learn how to be successful and not just in one area of our life, we can begin to apply what we’ve learned to our entire life.
From divorce to financial issues, work, and a crisis of spirit, I’ve failed in nearly all areas of my life. I’ve struggled to find purpose and understanding never really knowing where to look for satisfaction. Like many, I sought pleasure as a relief from my pain and favored short term gain over long lasting fulfillment. Eventually, learning through failing, I found better methods. I took the time to educate myself and committed to understanding what I really stood for, what my values are. Once I learned more about myself a path to fulfillment became very clear and I march toward that vision every day.
While better methods and the right tools can make a huge impact on our desired outcomes, building a foundation that fosters continued success allows us to affect all of our dreams in a positive way.
Understanding who we are at our core we can develop a vision that encompasses all that we wish to be. For this reason I have integrated the best modern applied psychology into a practice which includes mindfulness, effective life coaching, and cognitive based therapy techniques. But enough about credentials, my real value as a coach is my life experiences and my desire to understand you and your challenges, to offer tools that we can use to help achieve the life success which you desire.
